REVIEW: ZA 12-in-1 Total Hydration BB Cream UV White

Hello, Marvellous!!!

I am in the mood to give you all a review about my first ever BB cream- that is, ZA 12-in-1 Total Hydration BB Cream UV White. I feel weird saying that I am a shy virgin when it comes to BB cream because this product has been the "holy grail" of smooth, clean, korean-ish look. Am I the only one who just recently stepped into BB craze?

If you have been reading this blog, you may know that this BB cream is one of the four products I received from a blog giveaway. Before this, I am already planning to buy BB cream from other brand (Missha BB cream in particular) but fate led me to this one.

It has been years since BB creams penetrate worldwide beauty arena and a lot has been said about this wonder product. If I am not mistaken, almost all beauty brands have their own BB creams and most beauty junkies had tried multiple brands of BB creams already.

With ZA BB cream, I now understand the rave. I got this one from a beauty blog giveaway and I am just so glad I tried this one. I am now a BB cream believer.

Here's my 5 C's for ZA BB Cream

1. Consistency - Smooth, Breezy, Light. This has an amazing consistency that sits comfortably on my face. I don't like liquid make-up to begin with. But with this BB cream, I don't feel like I am putting liquid nor cream on my face. It really feels natural on the face. Love love love the consistency of this BB cream

2. Coverage - Lightens. Whitens. I can't say much about the coverage of this BB cream, but it definitely lightens my face. I actually like how it makes my face smooth and whiter. This has 50++ spf so that's a plus knowing that most spfs can really be so sticky and oily on the face.

3. Color - Bright is my shade which is a bit whiter than my skin tone but I actually like how it whitens my skin. It brightens my face without making me look like I piled a ton of foundation of my face.

4. Content - I'm surprised this small tube lasted for four months of everyday use. I use it for work, for dates, for church -- everyday. I thought it will only last for two months but surprise surprise four months and I still haven't had my last drop. Just wow.

5. Cost - I got this for free but if you want to buy this, spare more or less 500 pesos for this one.

I love this BB cream. I am planning to buy my second tube once I fully drained this one out (I still have few squeeze to go-- sayang e.)

Ever since I started working, I have been wearing lipsticks all the time and neglecting the joys a lipgloss can do. I don't know if it's the age or maybe I have worn a lot of gloss when I was on my teens that I feel lipstick is for my twenties. But, when I saw Revlon Color Lustrous lipgloss, I cant help but fall in love once again with lip glosses. Why do I love this gloss? Let me count the ways.. 1. The shade is a beautiful golden nude that has a bit of shimmer, not glitters, that creates a lovely shine to the lips. 2. It glides on smoothly and is not sticky to wear. 3. AT LEAST I CAN STILL SEE: Living Life through Amblyopia

All my life, people thought I am just banlag (squint) or someone who has a scar on her right eye. What some people do not know exactly is that I am almost blind. After thousands of eye tests to different ophthalmologists and optometrists, mine is a rare condition called Amblyopia (also known as lazy eye) coupled with color-blindness. Let us first start with my right eye. If you will look closely into my cornea, it has this white scar that originated by birth. If I will only use my right eye and let my left eye be closed, I will see everything in blur. Revlon Stormy Pink

This is gonna be short and sweet just to make up for a long blogging hiatus. I don’t have much luck when it comes to pink lipstick. It’s either wrong shade or wrong formula. Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Stormy Pink is no exemption. A friend gave this to me and the color was love at first sight. It was purple-ish, Barbie-like pink tone. But then, after getting a bit tanner because of summer, it ain't BFF with my morena skin tone. Wearing this makes me feel like Nikki Minaj (Boom boorooom boom base!!!). But I think, this is perfect for girls who have pale skin or fairer skin . The formula is just so off. It’s sticky, but not pigmented, and it keeps on sliding on my lips as if I am using a cheap brand lipstick. My Birthday Shenanigans : ABS-CBN Tour and ASAP Live

August is my birthday month so instead of doing my usual "Pieces of My Month" series, I decided to make it more special by doing series of posts called "My Birthday Shenanigans."
