Inspired by Cotton Candies: OMG Nail Polishes

I confess, I am such a sweet tooth. I crave for anything sweet like chocolates, cake, candies, and chocolates! Did I say chocolate twice? So, forgive that the nail of the day is something I call “cotton candy” because the colors remind me of cotton candies sold in front of churches. Source My nails look' really sweet!!!   This pink and yellow combo is my take on the different-color-on-the-ring-finger trend and surprisingly I love it. This is my first time to shy away from the norm because I am more of one-color-polish type of girl. This combo grew close to me that I took hundred of photos of them. Inspired by Product Empties Tag: MISSHA TINT (AQUA GEL)

Obviously, I inhaled every single drop of my Missha Tint Aqua Gel and I am compelled to write something about it. I don't personally like tints to begin with, so finishing this one up is a huge surprise to me. I used to believe that tints are not for me because I never liked the sticky feeling of putting liquid on my cheeks. After finishing this one up, I realized that there are tints that I can surely fell in love with.  Speaking of falling in love, I never thought I loved this until I saw the before and after pictures of this product. I realized that this tint was always on hand whenever I feel lazy to put make-up on but still want to look polished. Also, I remembered kind of feeling sad when I realized I was down to my last swipe. Inspired by JLO's Nude Lips: In2it Moisture Intense Lipstick in Orange Fizz

I have always been on the hunt for a nice nude lipstick that can beautifully mute my pigmented lips. The desire to rummage around for the best neutral lipstick started when I would always see myself being drawn to wearing dark hues of eyeshadows, only to find out I have no nude lipstick to pair it with. I would always end up wearing light pink lipstick which I think is just fine but I wish I could have a neutral colored lipstick so the eyeshadows can pop rather than making the lipstick clash to the eye make-up. Should I say my hunt is always a fail. Sometimes, it’s too pale, too light, a lot of browns, lots of pinks, always a fail. What I really want to have is the kind of lipstick that will definitely erase my lips but won’t make me appear sickly. Arrrgh! Women are such confused beings! Curly Find: Dove Nourishing Curls Whipped Cream Mousse

Living in a country where straight hair rules, finding a good styling product for the curly hair is such a pain in the ey-ess-ess. Treats for My Skin Courtesy of Gluta

This is a long and overdue post about the free facial and diamond peel given by the lovely people of Gluta. I am not the one to get facials because I am not comfortable getting under someone else's hands. (This is the reason why I keep on coming back to the same hairstylist). But this is free so might as well try it. (Who doesn't want free stuff anyway?) The event happened last month at Gluta booth, Robinsons Manila. This is part of the launch of their Gluta White and Firm line, which according to the lady, the first product line that was able to produce all whitening products in just one launch (facial wash, lotion, soap, moisturizer, etc.) Gluta Advance White and Firm Products Now back to the facial, they first remove my makeup with a cleanser, then they further cleaned my whole face with another cleanser. Kulot Not Salot: My Curly Hair Routine

I'm still surprised when friends won't believe when I tell them my hair is naturally curly and that I never had a digi perm or any curling method done. People have been seeing me with rebonded straight hair for the past 12 years, (I thought it was only 10) and they have kind of believed my hair is naturally straight. And frankly, I, too, have forgotten how I looked like with curly hair. I have to rummage a box of old photos to help me remember how my curls looked like a decade ago and why do I even have it straightened. Was it that bad? After almost an hour of looking for old photos of my natural curls- this I realized to my chagrin - I rarely wore my curly hair down when I was a teenager. That was basically the reason why I had my hair rebonded. I did not know what to do with my curls. I did not know how to maximize my curls, its beauty, how to style it, how to play with it. NOTD: Bride and Bridesmaids

This post will be photo heavy so beware. Anyways, been wanting to try out some nail stickers but I am not really sure why I haven't had the chance to actually buy and put them on my nails.  However, a visit to a craft store led me to find these cute flowers so I thought of giving these stickers a try. I like them actually. What do you think? These nails remind me of my brother's wedding which I actually attended as the maid of honor... I am the girl next to the bride... and as the wedding singer as well... Me and my Marvellous Man So, here's my nails again for your viewing pleasure. That's all for now.
